Your counseling sessions may be covered under other insurance plans for an out-of-network provider reimbursement. Please check your benefits for more details. I will give you a receipt upon payment. Should you decide to file with your insurance company the required information will be included on your receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel your appointment without 24-hour notification, you will be billed at the hourly rate for the missed session.
Counseling sessions are 45 - 50 minutes.
